Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Crossroads Continuum

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Schedule: Monday- Friday - Day Shift
Compensation: $76,000


Job Summary:

Crossroads Continuum is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Massachusetts. In this role, you will develop and implement occupational therapy goals within students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You will provide both direct and consultative services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to monitor and improve student progress, ensuring they achieve their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy goals for students’ IEPs.
  • Provide direct OT services to students, as well as consultative support to staff and families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs.
  • Incorporate ABA-based techniques into therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Collaborate closely with staff, school districts, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment in the OT room.
  • Assist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Massachusetts OT license and certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Experience working with children with autism and proficiency in ABA techniques (preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, squatting, and kneeling as required.
