As the Career Exploration & Innovation Leader at Algonquin Regional High School, my work is focused on expanding career exploration opportunities for students. Through hosting guest speakers, planning career-connected field trips, and developing an internship program, I am the school's effort to give students more access to work-based learning. In particular, the internship program is a great way for industry professionals to partner with education to help build our future workforce.
