Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members
- Manage inventory and stock levels

Qualifications:

- Experience in retail or food service industry
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Familiarity with food handling and food safety regulations
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members
