Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an assertive, organized, and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. You will be responsible for job site management, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget while upholding our high standards for quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:
On-site management and coordination of labor, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensuring exceptional workmanship quality across all phases (framing, finishing, etc.).
Maintaining clear daily communication with clients and the Production Manager.
Enforcing all job site safety protocols (OSHA compliant).
Collaborating on construction schedules and material procurement.

Requirements:
5-10 years of documented remodeling experience.
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
10-hour OSHA safety training and RRP Certification.
Ability to read architectural drawings and strong problem-solving skills.
