Elena has academic training in gender studies and international affairs from the George Washington University and spent the beginning of her career working in humanitarian aid to advance gender equality and women’s rights. Having worked in over ten countries, she has learned the value of diversity and the richness it provides to communities and organizations. She now works in partnership and friendship with companies to provide dynamic solutions for their DEI goals and center humanity in their workplace solutions.
