Should Employees Be Required to Receive the COVID-19 Vaccine?
This webinar will address the basic issues surrounding employer-mandated vaccinations for COVID-19 and the considerations around implementing such a policy in the workplace.
Discussion topics will include:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliance related to mandatory vaccination programs;
- Current EEOC guidelines with hypothetical examples of correct employer enforcement;
- Consideration of religious objections to vaccination and discussion of various cultural attitudes toward vaccination; and
- Best employer practices for considering, conceiving, communicating, and carrying out a mandatory vaccine program.
