This virtual seminar discusses the challenges and issues that the COVID pandemic created for small businesses and corporations in the Commonwealth and what companies can do now to learn from, understand, cope, and finally strategize for a more successful 2021, knowing that it will not be until 2022 until the economy will begin to make a shift out of this crisis. In this program, we look at the influences of the public health crisis on business, governmental influences, and provide industry examples while offering real actionable strategies to help our members as leaders (in developing a healthier mindset) and as organizations so that they can finally achieve a sense of sustainability and the potential growth to move them forward towards profitability and achieving greater brand loyalty, customer dependency and strength.
