Deep Breaths and Next Steps Going into 2021
Even under normal circumstances, prioritizing and managing your never ending to-do list can be challenging. COVID-19 has dramatically impacted everything, from our financials, to the way we conduct business, even our holiday celebrations.
To-dos and stress levels are exponentially growing, making it more difficult to focus and meet the demands of our daily lives. Business Owner and Executive Coach Linda Townsend will introduce the power of mindfulness, and how incorporating mindful practices into our daily routines can boost clarity, productivity and lead to a happier and more fulfilling life.
During this webinar, you will learn:
• Mindfulness is not only for Monks and Yoga teachers, it’s for effective, hard-driving leaders
• Strategies to leverage your calm and centered mind to tackle your to-dos
• How to live in the NOW and be present for yourself and loved ones
