Speaker: Joseph T. Bartulis, Fletcher Tilton Associates, PC.
Joseph is a Labor & Employment Attorney and Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He is also a senior member of the Business & Corporate practice group, and has a concentration in the fields of Education and Higher Education. Mr. Bartulis advises private and public sector employers on all aspects of workplace law. He counsels clients on wage and hour issues, statutory compliance, documenting employee performance, discipline and discharge of employees, as well as the prevention, investigation, and defense of discrimination claims.
Attorney Bartulis drafts and negotiates employment contracts as well as non-competition/non-solicitation/non-disclosure agreements and severance agreements. He proactively counsels employers on employee relations matters and defends employers in employment-based litigation and hearings before state and federal administrative agencies. Mr. Bartulis assists management during union organizational campaigns and unit determinations and he represents management in collective bargaining, mediations, arbitrations and unfair labor practice charge cases.
Within the education and higher education sector, Attorney Bartulis represents and counsels clients on matters including school policies, student discipline, teacher discipline, education laws, labor relations, and collective bargaining.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy by Participant
The deadline to receive a registration refund is seven business days before the event.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Event Cancellation by Chamber
The Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
