For the first time in history, there are five generations working together in the workplace. It is more important than ever to create a work environment that supports collaboration with multi-generations in a world that is constantly changing. Every company and industry, no matter the size small or large, is impacted by the changing workforce. There will be focused discussions about Generation Z, who are entering the workforce and how to adapt the work environment to embrace their independent and creative qualities. 

Presenter: 
Dr. Kim J. Krumsiek is the Program Chair of Human Resource Management, Program Chair of Professional Development Seminar, and the Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Nichols College. She brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field to the classroom. She is driven to inspire students to pursue academic and personal excellence. Her research interests include generations and differences in the workplace.
