You’ve networked…Now what?
Strategies for Maximizing Your Networking Activities after the event
You’ve:
- Attended the Corridor 9/495 Expo, Superbowl, Legislative Breakfast, or other event and collected a stack of business cards
- Met potential customers or referral partners at a networking event
- Been introduced to a potential client or customer through a referral
Now what?
- Where do you record your new contacts’ information?
- What is the best way to send a follow up communication?
- How do you cultivate a relationship with your new contacts?
In this Success Express workshop workshop we’ll discuss what happens after the networking event. One of the most important parts of the networking process happens after your first interaction with the person or business you're communicating with ... when you follow up with your new contacts.
We’ll talk through strategies for organizing your new contacts, crafting follow-up communications, and ongoing relationship management.
You’ll leave the workshop with practical tips and templates for:
- Follow-up timelines
- Composing compelling follow-up messages
- Strategies for nurturing networking relationships
