Jeff Turgeon is currently the Executive Director of the MassHire Central Region Workforce Board. He is a Worcester native and graduate of Worcester State University. He has also earned a master’s degree from Georgia Southern University, and completed a non-profit management program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Jeff began his professional career at the Central Branch of the YMCA of Greater Worcester, where he rose to become a senior director before moving on to become the Business and Community Liaison for the Shriver Job Corps Center in Devens, MA, and then a Program Manager for the US Department of Labor.
Jeff became the Executive Director of the MCRWB in 2008. The MCRWB is the local Board tasked by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act with overseeing the public workforce system for Worcester and 37 surrounding communities in southern Worcester County. Jeff lives in Northborough, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
Greg Bunn is the Executive Director of the Metro South/West Workforce Board, whose mission is to lead the development of a dynamic workforce system for the region that advances both workers and businesses.

Prior to joining the Board, Greg served under the Baker-Polito administration as Assistant Secretary for Policy and Planning with the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. He is also a former licensed mental health clinician and has worked for the Department of Mental Health and The Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Greg earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Salem State University.
