Creating an AWESOME Company Culture
Developing an awesome corporate culture starts with a commitment to building and driving a positive, transparent and fun environment.
Inspired by the axiom “Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first,” Peter and Sarah will present success stories and challenges from their experience and facilitate group discussion to help participants gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to create and sustain a healthy workplace culture in their respective organizations. Participants will gain knowledge, ideas and tools to take their own company culture to the next level.
Speakers:
Sarah Foley, Director of Marketing, Administration & Events of Coghlin Companies
Sarah has been with the Coghlin Companies for 8 years and is responsible for overseeing all marketing, events and administrative related activities. She works closely with the executive leadership team, is committed to the strategic development and successful execution of all internal and external marketing efforts, and is dedicated to continuously enhancing culture, the Caring Associate experience, and the customer experience. Sarah holds a B.A. in Business Management and an MBA, both from Clark University.
Peter Rizzo, Manager of Culture & Leadership Development of Coghlin Companies
Peter serves the family of Caring Associates at the Coghlin Companies with a mission to ensure they never want to work anywhere else. Managing policies and practices with respect to culture, career development, leadership development, Peter works with Human Resources team in collaboration with Marketing and Executive Leadership to support and engage all employees starting at New Associate Orientation on their first day and every day thereafter. Prior to working at Coghlin Companies, Peter spent more than ten years working in nonprofit youth & teen development leadership and teambuilding roles at YMCAs in MA and NC. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Westfield State University.
