Small Business Owners Roundtable
The Small Business Owners Roundtable is a monthly meeting place for business owners and top-level managers to share best practices and resolve business challenges in a structured and confidential environment.
The roundtable consists of 12-14 business leaders from non-competing companies representing various types of industries and organizations. Membership is limited to business owners or top-level managers with full responsibility for P&L, hiring/firing, operations, marketing, sales, etc.
The standard meeting lasts 90 minutes, once per month (fourth Tuesdays of the month). Each participant of the group takes turns candidly sharing their business challenge and/or ideas, while receiving honest feedback and insight from those who have been through these types of experiences. There is a $100 annual program fee to participate in this program.
