Allison Brown, Division Director & Vice President, Robert Half
Allison graduated from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelors in Marketing & Finance.
Allison has been at Robert Half for 9 years in multiple roles throughout the company including Division Director and Assistant Vice President. Allison works with clients on a day to day basis to understand what is going on in their organization to be able to help them the best way the company can. During her time with the company Allison has had the opportunity to mentor and grow company employees throughout the US, helping them define their goals and achieve them within the company.
Lauren Lornell, Division Director for OfficeTeam, Robert Half
Lauren graduated from Johnson & Wales in 2013 with a Bachelors in Meeting & Event Planning. Lauren spent most of her career in retail management where she surrounded herself with people that pushed her abilities and filled her curiosity for more. Since joining Robert Half she has helped others grow and move towards their career goals- she finds this to be one of the most rewarding things leaders can do. Lauren will share how she was able to set herself apart and advance up the “ladder” from the moment she stepped out of College!
