As a Regional Chair with Vistage International, Phillip leads multiple executive groups comprising over 50 members. As Founder and CEO of Boston Business Group, LLC, Phillip provides executive coaching and strategic guidance to private clients.
Before entering business leadership, Phillip spent a decade as a naval intelligence officer, ranking in the top 1% of performers. His military career instilled a lifelong commitment to integrity and results-driven leadership.
Phillip has also led high-tech manufacturing companies as CEO, earning recognition as a two-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Phillip holds political science and psychology degrees from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the Defense Intelligence Agency. He has further honed his leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution expertise through executive programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Harvard Law School.
