During this session, participants will have an opportunity to think about the whys of missed goals and opportunities in 2021 and move forward to successfully set and accomplish goals in 2022. Participants will also take part in a ‘COVID Excuses’ Brainstorming session and think about learning to live and cope with the pandemic for the foreseeable future. Participants will utilize the S.M.A.R.T. system to create goals and action to set realistic goals and achieve results moving forward.
The takeaways from the program are the following:
- Reflect on 2021 – what goals went by the wayside?
- Identify your own COVID-19 excuses and the COVID-19 excuses of others that have set roadblocks for you.
- Discuss tricks for coping with the pandemic!
- Create S.M.A.R.T. goals to move forward professionally and personally.
With in excess of 30 years of professional human resources experience, Sue joined Bercume Associates 13+ years ago with works with clients in a variety of human resources related areas including designing and facilitating training, conducting organizational and human resource audits, writing policies, procedures, job descriptions and employee guidebooks, recruitment, change management, workplace issues and investigations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, strategic planning as well as expertise in other areas related to human resources and business. Prior, Sue was Vice President of Human Resources for Unidine and Fine Hotels / The Fineberg Companies.
