Sandra Coker is a speaker, author, and leadership development expert with a background rooted in service, sales, and small business ownership. Her early career with hospitality leaders like Marriott International and Brinker International (Chili’s) gave her a front-row seat to what makes people feel seen, supported, and motivated—and she’s been building on that ever since.
Today, as founder of Human Power Solutions, Sandy brings over nine years of experience in Learning and Development, helping organizations strengthen culture, boost retention, and improve performance through interactive, people-first workshops. She’s worked across industries, always focused on one thing: helping leaders lead with more clarity, connection, and intention.
A dynamic and relatable speaker, Sandy has presented at leadership forums, chambers of commerce, and industry events throughout New England. She is also the author of People Profit, a practical playbook for managers who want to develop people—not just performance.
Sandy holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Nichols College and a BS in Chemistry from Assumption University. She lives in Northbridge, Massachusetts, and is most proud of her three grown children, two grandchildren, and the lifelong ties that come from being one of six siblings.
