First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

FIRST AID, CPR/ AED Certification –4 HRS *No pre-requisites.
(You must attend the entire session to earn your certification)
This fully interactive, hands-on training prepares participants with fundamental First Aid, CPR/ AED skills, with an emphasis on managing emergencies in their particular workplace/ school.
Participants will feel comfortable applying techniques learned to real life situations.
- learn how to recognize when someone needs CPR
- how to perform high-quality CPR
- demonstrate how to use an AED on and Adult, Child and Infant
- how to help a person choking
- how to control bleeding
- how to use an Epi Pen
- how to react to other medical emergencies such as bleeding and injuries.
Participants will receive a 2 year certification upon successful completion of the class.

Sarah Stone Seaman is the Lead Emergency Management Trainer and CPR Instructor at Safety Trainers, specializing in engaging, practical training sessions that stand out from the usual.
As a former special education instructor, Sarah brings expertise in adapting trainings to meet diverse needs and skill levels, ensuring sessions are interactive and inclusive.
