Any business small, medium or large that provides products or services to other businesses, professionals or the public will benefit from exhibiting.  The Business Expo also provides non-profits with a great opportunity to increase awareness about their organization.

Past exhibitors have reported testimonials from a $24,000 sale to a $1 million contract from participating in the show.  For a minimal investment, there are a multitude of benefits to exhibiting at Business Expo.

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Packages
 
Option 1:  Supporting Sponsorship & Exhibitor Package:  $1500 (premium level of advertising benefits and includes email list of exhibitors and attendees)
This premium package includes your logo and branding across all print ads, e-marketing campaigns, Chamber website, onsite signage, and social media.  See below for all benefits included with this package.

• 1^st Choice Selection for One Booth Space in the Main Showroom Floor (first come, first served)
• One FREE email advertisement about your business to the Chamber's email list (3,000 contacts - $400 value)  
• Company logo prominently listed on print ads with printed media partners: Community Advocate and the Worcester Business Journal
• Company logo prominently listed on expo electronic invitations sent to the Chamber member and nonmember lists (15,000+ contacts)

Option 2:  Elite Exhibitor Package:  $800 (includes email list of exhibitors and attendees)
This elite package includes the contact list of expo exhibitors and attendees, company logo on expo directory on Chamber's website.   See below for all benefits included with this package.

• Prime Exhibit Space Location on the Main Showroom Floor (first come, first served)
• Contact information of all show attendees and exhibitors with email addresses (sent in excel format post event) great list to use for your own marketing purposes!)
• Plus, everything in the Standard Exhibitor Package

 
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend.  Refunds are unavailable for the Business EXPO as of March 1. 

Event Cancellation by Chamber
The Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of MetroWest reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
