Sex Trafficking Survivor
Co-Executive Director of Safe Exit Initiative
Join us for an unforgettable event featuring Audra Doody, co-executive director of Worcester’s Safe Exit Initiative, whose story of transformation is as courageous as it is inspiring.
In 2015, Audra arrived in Worcester with nothing but a suitcase and a lifetime of pain. After enduring a difficult childhood in Lynn and years of addiction fueled by trauma and exploitation, she found herself trapped in a cycle that felt impossible to escape. But when she was arrested at age 29, the Worcester District Attorney’s office offered her a chance—not punishment, but treatment. That opportunity changed everything.
Through connection with another survivor and the support of a local nonprofit, Audra began to rebuild her life. Today, she leads the very organization that helped her heal, and has since supported over 660 individuals in exiting the sex trade and reclaiming their futures.
Come hear Audra’s story of survival, advocacy, and empowerment.
