Over the last few years, more women than ever have said “I quit.” The result is the leadership gap, especially at senior levels continues to grow. Join us to gain insights into what is fueling this phenomenon and what we can do to ensure that women leaders stay engaged and thrive at work.

Robin Frkal is the Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Business at Nichols College. Ten years ago she quit her corporate leadership position to fulfill her passion to help professionals advance in their careers. She currently teaches strategic leadership, business communication, and change management courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She leverages her degrees in professional communication and human and organizational systems and decades of leadership experience to empower students to achieve their academic and career goals. Robin’s research focuses on leadership development with a particular emphasis on issues facing women leaders.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy by Participant
The deadline to receive a registration refund is seven business days before the event.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Event Cancellation by Chamber
The Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
