Cyprian Keyes Golf Club Topic: Kicking Impostor Syndrome to the Curb Most of us go through at least one time in our lives when we experience inner doubt and lose confidence, second-guess our success, or deal with unhelpful thoughts that may sound something like: - I'm not as smart as people think I am (or I used to be) and pretty soon they're going to figure that out. - I better perform at 150% all the time, perfectly, with no mistakes, no matter the cost or I won't be enough. - I don't deserve my success, it must have been luck. Everyone else is a better parent, a better leader, a better spouse, more effective, more? (fill-in-the-blank) and I am an outsider. Kim has a BA in psychology and an MBA from Boston College. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and CCE Board Certified Coach with certifications in confidence, career, executive and leadership development coaching. Kim also holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

BFF will host our special Guest Speaker, Kim Meninger, to discuss this fascinating topic. Kim Meninger is an executive coach, TEDx speaker and host of the Impostor Syndrome Files podcast. She helps individuals/organizations to understand and embrace the human experience at work to reach their full leadership potential. Kim has coached hundreds of clients and has presented on career advancement and leadership topics to corporate, non-profit and academic audiences. She leverages her psychology degree, MBA and over a decade of experience as a high-tech leader to empower professionals to lead themselves and others more effectively. Kim is especially passionate about helping women and members of other historically marginalized groups to become more confident, visible and influential leaders.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy by Participant
The deadline to receive a registration refund is seven business days before the event.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Event Cancellation by Chamber
The Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
