Tournament Schedule:
8:00-8:55 am - Golfers Registration (Check in at the registration table in front of Clubhouse and receive your assigned hole, and tickets for the BBQ, ice cream, and one free beer or

wine)

8:00-8:55 am - Coffee and Continental Breakfast is available at the Pavilion (behind the Clubhouse)

8:55-9:00 am - Golfers are to go to their Carts

9:00-9:05 am - Welcome Ceremony

9:05-2:45 pm - Golf Tournament

10:45-noon - Lunch and non-alcoholic drink will be delivered to golfers on the course

2:45-3:45 pm - BBQ, Ice Cream, Awards Ceremony, Live Auction, and Chances to Win Raffle Prizes

This tournament brings together corporate and small business leaders from Worcester to Boston to enjoy an un-FORE-gettable day of golf. Tournament proceeds benefits the Chamber's scholarship program for graduating high school seniors and fosters business development programs for Chamber members.

Registration is at 8:00 am and we tee off at 9:00 am. This is a scramble style golf tournament and includes the following for golfers:

- 18 Holes of golf and cart

- Light breakfast treat and coffee when you arrive

- Boxed lunch brought to you on the golf course (includes a sandwich, cookie, chips, non-alcoholic beverage)

- One complimentary beer or wine

- Air Cannon shot

- Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day

- BBQ reception and ice cream at the end of the tournament

- Hole-in-One contests for chance to win cash prizes or new car

- Chances to win amazing raffle prizes and live auction

- Cash prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place team

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy by Participant
The deadline to receive a registration refund is seven business days before the event.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Event Cancellation by Chamber
The Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Chamber cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
