McALeer handmade cabinetry was founded on an unwavering commitment to quality and devotion to crafting some of the finest woodwork treasures in New England.

Tom has more than 30 years of experience in building handmade cabinetry. Before going out on his own, he was employed for 10 years by an architect who specialized in high-end homes in Weston, Sudbury, Lexington, Wayland, Acton, Natick, Bolton, and Harvard, and Tom’s kitchens have been the highlight of many of these homes.
McALeer Custom Kitchens and Cabinetry is a small shop business model. Tom is committed to a quality-first philosophy, and the results speak for themselves.

Everything is built from the ground up. Nothing comes out of boxes — no cookie cutter here. Tom has customers who have turned to him again and again for the past 25 to 30 years.
