Known for his charismatic and empathetic communication style, he has built a diverse career. spanning from hosting and producing sports talk radio (ask him about his best Red Sox clubhouse story),  business development for startups, managing high-volume retail operations at Starbucks, and running a successful AirBNB hosting business. He excels at uncovering client needs, identifying obstacles, and showing how tailored solutions drive both business and personal value. 

Outside work, Dan can be found biking or running the local rail trails with his two kids and dogs (only the dogs join him on half-marathon training runs). He’s passionate about nutrition, CrossFit-style workouts, and loves being where the laughter is. He is a lifelong San Francisco Giants fan and truly loves baseball.
