I spent the first part of my career in healthcare, helping companies grow and preparing them for acquisition and integration. I left corporate America to co-launch a family-run home care business. I understand the challenges and deep frustrations of being a business owner.
I thrive in difficult situations, engaging everyone at the table to solve problems through a shared sense of purpose. Owning a business is challenging and hard, but it doesn’t have to be repetitively hard. I work with my clients to help them address root-cause issues and develop practical solutions to run a better business and strengthen their teams.
