Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of MetroWest

Karen Chapman has served as the President and CEO of the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of MetroWest since 2014. My ability to build partnerships, grow membership, and elevate organizational impact has been a hallmark of my career.  As President and CEO,  I oversee the Chamber’s full operations and leads the advancement of its mission and strategic goals. Under my leadership, the Chamber has continued to grow as a trusted resource for businesses, a connector of regional leaders, and a champion for economic vitality.  I am a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management, the U.S. Chamber’s premier professional development program for chamber executives, honored twice by the Girl Scouts as a “Woman of Distinction” (2000 and 2008), and in 2025, was recognized as a top 100 Power Leader by the Worcester Business Journal.
