About Us

I work with small and closely held businesses in the areas of business law - I essentially act as the part-time general counsel to businesses. I assist those companies to incorporate, negotiate contracts, buy/sell a business, and other various corporate needs. And when necessary, I handle the companies’ litigation matters and risk assessment. I provide immediate responses to my clients’ legal needs and act as their outside general counsel to ensure their companies are protected.
