Self-care is not selfish!
During this one-hour interactive session, we invite you to step out of “go-go-go” mode and explore practical, science-backed ways to feel better, physically, mentally and emotionally, without needing a weeklong retreat or a color-coded planner.
Through playful reflection, relatable examples, and simple guided exercises, you will learn how stress shows up in your body, at home and at work. We’ll explore mindset, movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management strategies and techniques, always with a sense of humor and zero judgment.
You'll leave feeling positive and empowered to change for good!
