Business Forward Females is excited to welcome Vanessa White, co-founder of Jaju Pierogi and recent Shark Tank contestant, as our upcoming featured speaker on May 12th.

Vanessa, alongside her sister Casey White, launched Jaju Pierogi in 2016, inspired by their grandfather’s traditional Polish recipes—“Jaju” being the phonetic spelling of the Polish word for grandfather. What began as a small operation selling handmade pierogi at local farmers’ markets has grown into a remarkable success story. Today, Jaju Pierogi products can be found in more than 2,500 retail locations across the country.

In 2025, the sisters appeared on Season 16 of Shark Tank, where they showcased their unique flavors and shared their journey of building a thriving food brand with grit, creativity, and minimal outside funding.

Vanessa is known for her hands-on leadership style and her commitment to maintaining the authentic voice of the Jaju Pierogi brand. Her story is a powerful example of entrepreneurial resilience, family-driven passion, and strategic growth.
