As Assistant Vice Present\, Benefits Operations\, she led teams through various significant strategic\, organizational\, and technological changes. She currently teaches leadership\, human resource management\, and change management courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Robin's research focuses on leadership development. She has published and presented on issues facing women leaders and developing young professionals. Her current research project is examining how the shift to working from home is impacting leadership development.
